Please keep in mind that we are a small team that handles everything from creating the products that you love to processing the orders. We will do our best to satisfy our customers needs, especially if there are any issues. Please also read our policies below before placing an order.

Shipping

We currently only ship via USPS. We do not currently offer overnight shipping. If you need a product sooner than 7-10 business days, please email us at orders@angryandthegoddess.com.

Payments we accept for purchasing products at our store:

We accept Paypal (paypal.me/angrybird) and major carriers except Apple Pay.

Cancelation Policy

At no cost to the customer, any customer may cancel an order for any product up to 48 hours of purchase. If you would like to cancel an order, or if you have any other issues with an order, please email orders@angryandthegoddess.com immediately.

For pre-order items that you would like to cancel as well, email orders@angryandthegoddess.com immediately.

Return Policy

All sales are final. However, we can offer exchanges for a print that is damaged during transit. To be eligible for an exchange, customers must first email us at at orders@angryandthegoddess.com within 7 days of receiving your order to alert us of the damage to your print, then return the damage print to us. Once we receive the damaged print upon the receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement once it is available. Customers are responsible for shipping handling of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Angry & The Goddess is not responsible for lost or stolen orders confirmed delivered to the designated address. Upon inquiry to our email at orders@angryandthegoddess.com, we will re-confirm the address of the delivery, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Resale and Redistributing

We currently do not allow any of our products to be resold or redistributed to any platform, online or offline. For any inquiries on that, please email contact@angyandthegoddess.com.
