Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) before carefully using www.angryandthegoddess.com, the Design and Illustrative services as well as our Shop (the “Service”) operated by Angry and The Goddess (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms then you may not access the Service.

Design and Illustrative Services

If you wish purchase design or illustrative services, you may be require to sign an Agreement Form and pay for half the total fee of the scope of work, unless otherwise stated by us. The remaining payment will be required to receive the final design or illustration files or prints. Typically, unless otherwise stated in the Agreement Form, you are only allowed to have 1-2 major revisions of a design. Additional major revisions may require an added charge before the final design can be completed.

Rush orders or cancellation during the design or illustrative process may require additional fees.

You are not allow to redistribute any of our designs for sale.

You are not allow to credit someone else for the scope of work.

We will do our best to accommodate to any client’s request, however we have the right to reject a commission for any reason.

After the final design has been approved and purchased, we may sometimes ask for permission from you to showcase those designs on our website and other social media outlets that includes your company/organization information. You have the right to disallow that permission.

Payments we accept for design and illustrative work:

We accept Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.

Private Policies

This website collects personal data to power our site analytics, including:

  • Web pages you visited prior to coming to this website

  • Your IP address

This information may also include details about your use of this website, including:

We only use your private information in regards to processing and shipping your orders, and in regards to our agreed design and illustrative services. We will never sell your information for marketing purposes, to a third-party, or otherwise.

When Commissioning Design and Illustrative Work

If you wish to purchase design or illustrative service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitations, your:

  • Billing address

  • Details about your commission (for example, a logo design)

  • Email address

  • Name

We do not share this information with Squarespace or any party not relevant to the scope of work, unless stated in our Agreement Form when commissioning work from us. However, your information can be still be applied to the Privacy Terms for purchasing products at our store, if this information remains the same at purchase. Those Terms are under “Customer Accounts” and “For customers” under Visitor Data.

Order and account emails for our Shop

We may email you with messages about your order or account activity. For example, we may email you to tell you that:

  • You’ve created a Customer Account

  • Your Customer Account password has been reset or updated

  • You’ve made a purchase

  • Your order has shipped

It’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages.

We share your contact information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so they can send these emails to you on our behalf.

Customer Accounts for our Shop

If you create a customer account on this website, we collect personal information to improve our checkout experience and customer service.

This information may include your:

  • Billing and shipping address(es)

  • Details about your orders (for example, your shirt size)

We share this information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so they can provide website services to us.

As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.
